I have checked a number of known bad SSL web servers and most work, only 
https://applications.labor.ny.gov/ did not pass so you'd need 
protocol-httpclient for that. I don't think we really have to support SSLv2, 
all bad servers i've seen also support TLSv1 besides just SSLv2.
