Yes, relying on CrawlDb should be the right way to get the information by
running a MapReduce job.
The in-memory FetchNodeDb has the disadvantage that it is bound to the JVM: if
Nutch is run in (pseudo)distributed mode it will only contain the information
about the documents fetched in one fetcher task.
