worked out what is wrong, correcting download page

I've coped the files to /www/www.apache.org/dist/qpid so they should
be appearing here (http://www.apache.org/dist/qpid) shortly.
Thanks to all that made this release possible and one of our lowest RC
counts yet. Now if we can just get the total release process time down
things will be wonderful.
All we need to do now is tell
