Thanks! It looks like the html is malformed, so the parser complains the meta
tag isn't closed:

Arguably, Tika shouldn't throw an exception here... It should just pass over it
and grab what it can like a browser would/does. But, I don't see a way to do
this other than to just ignore SAXExceptions in XMLParser.parse(), which
doesn't seem ideal.
