3.11 beta 3 has finally hit maven central (took a while as the publishing
method we were using had been disabled between beta 2 and beta 3)
Because Tika uses `poi-ooxml-scheams`, we don't need to depend on
`ooxml-security`. Users will use one of `poi-ooxml-schemas` or `ooxml-schemas`
+ `ooxml-security`. The smaller `poi-ooxml-schemas` jar includes the bits of
the other two used by unit tests
In terms of the osgi parts mentioned, I don't know enough to be absolutely
sure, but those changes look very much in line with the other POI related
dependencies so I guess it makes sense to go with that, for now at least!
