We have a slightly worrying number of {{// TODO Fix this test}} entries in the
OSGi bundle unit tests for me to be sure that a clean build corresponds to a
working bundle...
The bundle/modular changes under discussion on dev would probably want a fuller
but more configurable osgi test setup, so maybe we want to do a bit of the work
on that to add more tests, then use that as a way to be sure this works?
