I have raised a JIRA TUSCANY-2676 to add the license files to the modules.

Hi Ant,

I understand the point here, as you said we don't need the legal files for
itests, vtest, samples, demos or tutorials.
Currently we have these legal files as part of projects in demos, can we
consider removing them from there?
