I've cloned https://github.com/apache/tuscany-sca-2.x and found it confusing
that there was no .gitignore for Maven target/ and Eclipse .settings/ &
.project & .classpath
Attached a simple patch contributing a suitable root .gitignore which I think
would help contributors.
