Are these legal reasons related to proprietary firmware included in B2G for which Mozilla does not have a license to redistribute outside its employed developer staff ? I have faced this kind of restriction a few months ago when employed developers were helping each other in IRC and solving problems with pre-built images while I could not get access to those same images to solve the same problems I had with my GalaxyS2.
