One of the testers has hit an issue where, after updating, all his dock icons are missing and those apps are not on the device (that he can see). To provide more info to devs on this very unusual issue I recommended that he not only do a logcat but that he also zip up data/b2g/mozilla to provide more info about settings, crashes, and other bits that might help debug.
Is there anything in that dir that should not be posted publicly in a bug? Passwords, browser cookies, anything else you wouldn't want to put up in an attachment on a public bug?
