I don't have a set schedule for Simulator builds yet. I've wanted to

I expect that to change soon, though! At which point I'll propose a
release schedule, ideally with regular releases on a consistent cadence
(i.e. a train model of development). But it may be influenced by
B2G/Gaia's schedule, which is not (yet?) on such a cadence.
In the meantime, I've been spinning preview builds every week or two and
pushing stable releases to AMO during a lull in activity after
sufficient development has taken place. The latest stable release is
always available on AMO:

The Simulator is based on the b2g18 branch of B2G and the v1-train
branch of Gaia. Our proposed roadmap

calls for us to support multiple versions of B2G/Gaia, although that's
still a ways away (and there is plenty of higher-priority work to
accomplish first).
