Hi Fabrice, I am a Polish developer currently evaluating an Alcatel One Touch Fire. I would really recommend letting web apps access this API. Performance of the home screen on Alcatel OTF is, gently speaking, far from perfection. Dropping the requirement of app certification here would IMHO speed up the platform adoption by software and hardware vendors.
