After the recent security discussion around remote debugging, debugging of
certified apps is now blocked by default as part of bug 915067 (and this
won't be modifiable on production devices).

I realize there is still some discussion around this decision in other
threads, but mainly I wanted to make sure it was clear how to debug
certified apps now that this change has landed.

If you have a developer build of 1.2 and would like to enable debugging of
certified apps on your device, I've added the necessary steps[1] on the App
Manager wiki page.

We're hoping come up with a better solution for the 1.3 timeframe so that
we can expose an option to enable this on all devices, while also balancing
the security issues involved.

Thanks,
J. Ryan Stinnett
