While trying to file a bug I've found it already: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=885716 Someone apparently was also annoyed by it :-) I've voted on the bug. Since it's already kind of old, I'd like to look into it more deeply with the hope of producing a good patch for it. Do you have a pointer which code I should be looking at to find it? No, I have to thank you. It's great to see that you guys take feedback seriously. And I really like my new phone; it has its corners and edges, but I feel it's a very good move to have a third party besides Google and Apple suppying smart phone firmware.
