I don't have a list ready, sorry.

For a non-phone device, you could check out the support for PandaBoards
[1] in FFOS' main repository. I think that similar devices would be a
good candidates; the Raspberry Pi or the BeagleBoard come into my mind.

You should check that Android 4.0 or 4.3 is available for the device,
including drivers, and that the device has at least 256 MiB of main memory.
