I am NOW trying the NeatROM, because it doesn't have a Siyah kernel. with regards to commands: heimdall flash --HIDDEN ./system.img
it seemed to work when i put HIDDEN in all upper case. Now what I've just done, is use Odin, and flash the dorimanix kernel, and installed the NeatROM which is JB. I confirmed that recover is: CWM Base v6.0.3.7 but when I do an odin flash of Siyah-s2-v5.0.1.tar, it goes back to the cwm v6.0.1.2-Siyah. anywho. any help would be deeply appreciated. I can try to help you, but first of all let me ask you some questions: which version on Android have you installed now on your SGS2? From which OS are you trying to update the system? Which commands do you type exactly to do so? Which command do you type to try to flash siyah v.5 kernel? From which user?
