Has anyone had any success or failure with putting ads in Firefox OS apps? I know about the post from Mozilla Hacks on using Inneractive at https://hacks.mozilla.org/2013/10/monetization-with-inneractive-on-firefox-os/ but are there other options?
I saw an article somewhere saying you can use Google AdSense but you need to put it in an IFrame and ask Google to target to a new page. But are there security issues? I'm interested in packaged apps, not hosted apps. I haven't seen anything about this and the official docs just talk about how to charge money up front or with In App Payments. Has there been any interest in doing a try-before-you buy system like (ugh) Windows 8 phone does? I"m really curious about this and if anyone can supply me with information, I'll do a blog post on it at my blog at http://firefoxosgaming.blogspot.com. Any information of any kind appreciated.
