Firefox OS documentation is needed badly, if there were good documentation firefox OS would take off, but lack of documentation is holding it back. ZTE Open C is a good phone, and is cheap, this phone could really help increase interest in Firefox OS, but the documentation on firefox os, is so bad only a few people are able to upgrade their phone, so this kills interest in firefox os and the phone. Most people won't be able to compile firefox, so no chance to upgrade, no where is there an easy way to upgrade the phone, most people have already messed up their phones, by either flashing the root OS or flashing one of the oses provided by comebuy.com ZTE upgrade from their site which is just 1.3 but better than the 1.3 that comes on the phone, can only be installed on the version that came with the phone. I get around all this cause I created custom recovery and backup phone, before installing any os, but most people can't do that either. _______________________________________________ dev-b2g mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/dev-b2g
