My experience is that it usually takes 2 days for my app to be reviewed (this weekend the estimate was 4 days, but it got approved after 2 days). BTW, while we are taking about the marketplace - one thing I would like to see is some more visibility for actively developed apps. Currently, "popular" apps get displayed first making them more popular - so it's mainly a thing of just how long an app has been in the marketplace.
