Hmm, for me it is now two full working days of waiting and my app in queue got 
from position 77 to 66...and freezes there for more than 24hrs.
But as Nino said, if reviewers are involved elsewhere, but should end it on 
14th Oct (today), I expect major progress in the morning.
If not, well, I'll try some escalation process ;-)
