Hi Tony, I found that Bug 1088339 can actually respond my previous question, the current PVT images do not contain the latest V188 binary files (vendor's HAL libraries). If QA flash v188 base images and full flash PVT images again, the latest binary files will not be the same as the original v188 binary files. We have to make sure auto build system uses the latest extract binary files. We cannot expect everyone to only perform shallow-flash.
