Having the Makefile specifically listed under "Gaia Project Infrastructure"
seems a little strange to me since there is also a lot in there concerning
Gaia:Build as well. What is the normal thing to do when a file spans
multiple modules, can it be listed in both?

Also, the $GAIA/shared/test/integration seems to contain both
infrastructure configuration as well as js marionette includes (e.g. alarm
mock, marionette loader, etc). Also, I don't understand the README in
there. Perhaps we should split this up such that,

$GAIA/shared/test/integration contains jsmarionette includes, and goes
under the JS marionette component,

and something like $GAIA/tests/integration contains the infrastructure
configuration bits, and goes under this new component.
