FYI, as of
https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/4fe0507781f3ed56c8ae5e66dd9489165d1ff68e,
you can do HOST_LOG=stdout make test-integration (or HOST_LOG=stdout npm
run marionette) to pipe gecko stdout to your nodejs stdout.
