Thank you for the confirmation.

Since this feature was not documented well,
I submitted
Bug 1175398 - comm-central tryserver applies M-C patches in SORTING ORDER of
the FILENAME and not in the order in the patch queue

Maybe someone with the access account can edit the wiki page even.
