The subject lines pick up "utf-8" and =5D strings for some reason:

=?utf-8?q?=5Bcontexttest-Bugs=5D=5B43=5D_TABLE_move?==?utf-8?q?s_to_the_right_with_new_ConTeXt?=
Maybe I'm using too-old email technology (emacs + mh) but it's nice to
have plain-ascii when possible. I think the utf-8 markers are for the
left and right brackets, so maybe mailman could be convinced to use
the ascii versions.
