I cannot control the gforge emailer myself, but I CC Fabrice, maybe
he knows something about this. Fabrice, these are the 'something has
changed' messages that are send out by the tracker subsystem.

In case he doesn't either: the message is redirected, so if you
can come up with a way to clean the subject, I can add it to the
redirection filter.
