no, and i see no reason why ... afaik fontinst does things with type 1 fonts

well, i've learned to take you serious ... actually i already imagined
you trying to apply fontinst to antykwa as it would give us n*m extra
fonts metric files which then results in another thousand lines of
typescripts which taco then has to check into texlive -)
