Hello, Can I use a Firefox installation on a machine as a vendor of embedding APIs? I used to be able to do this as recently as Seamonkey 1.8.0.1, but I seem to recall something about Firefox not exposing the embedding APIs.
Can someone please give me the details on this? I'd like to be able to tell my users, "install Firefox 1.5.0.9 and you'll be able to use my embedding app." This assumes that Firefox exposes the necessary embedding APIs. When I tried my embedding app in this way, I did get a failure from NS_InitEmbedding(), but I may be doing something else wrong. Can someone please help?
