The Mozilla ActiveX control is distributed as part of the XULRunner
project. Download a copy of the XULRunner binary and register the
ActiveX control.

XULRunner 1.8.1.* is equivalent to Firefox 2.0.0.*
XULRunner 1.9.* is equivalent to Firefox 3.*
