I remembered that rfeeley suggested pointing out UX work for Q3, to be ready for dev in Q4. The first of these 2 listed above may not need much, but we may want to adjust the 2FA goal to acknowledge that the Q3 work is UX oriented? rfeeley implied that it would need a lot of UX time.
