Hey guys,

Earlier today we had our "Tuesday Backend Catchup" session and got to
resolving any lingering train-70 issues and questions. The
highlights of the chat included:

* SVG images used for avatar upload were not having the correct
content-type set. They were being set to `octect-stream`. This issue
was possibly introduced by the node 0.10 to 4 rollback. This has since
been
fixed but will require an CDN invalidation.

* The Authentication server passed all the load and throughput tests.
Interesting, using Hapi 14 has roughly a 20% decrease in throughput
compared to Hapi 15. The current plan is to perform a slow rollout
and watch the overall performance. This version also uses about
  200MB more RSS.

* HTTP/2 was enabled on the content CDN. This should bring some
decent speed improvements to content loading.

* Polling updates to the Authentication server is down ~30% over
  the last 6 weeks [1].

* Authentication and Content server train-70 should be released today!

* Otherwise train-70 look good for deployment.

* More deployment notes [2].
