I had understood it as Hapi 14 being 20% lower than what was
previously in production, which was Hapi 8.
Yes, train-70 with Hapi 14 is 20% lower request throughput than the
previous train with Hapi 8.
In production, the difference is not as much, since due to changes in
actual request patterns, the
load test in stage was doing much more request polling, and was
basically pinning one core to
100%.
