One outcome of the Q2 retrospective was that we should try to run this meeting with a little more efficiency and structure, so here's what to expect as an agenda: * First we'll take 10 to 15 minutes to review status of OKRs; please come prepared with a short update on the OKR(s) you own this quarter and a revised confidence rating. * Second, we'll do an explicit review of key items that are shipping in train-92, and talk about what highlights needs to ship in train-93 in order to keep our OKRs on track. * Finally, we'll dive into the waffleboard to ensure that the things we're planning on working on reflect the priorities discussed above.
