If you compare it side by side, the images from the android z3c are crisp and 
clear. Whereas the ones from ffos z3c have noise. It seems that ffos (i dont 
know what exactly the problem is) is not able to utilize the full potential of 
the camera.

Plus, i dont think it is related to the bug 1177160

And yes, these settings would be very much helpful for photo enthusiasts.
