If I'm honest, speaking as an unofficial foxfooder (and lover of FFOS since 1.0) the biggest problem I've experienced personally is update availability. We've watched Firefox OS continually mature and as far as I've seen people are very excited to get their hands on a new version. I think that says a lot.
I'm an active user of the Firefox OS Reddit and I've seen many, many people asking about how they can update their device and usually (depending on their know-how) the answer is: They can't. Even for the Flame updates have not been clearly released. I understand why by the way, I just really believe this is the biggest thing that Firefox OS has to fix right now. I believe there was a b2g updater add-on that somewhat solved this but I've not heard about it since I saw it months ago.
