I'm concerned that the Video app is number 3 on this list.  This is the app
that we've been talking about dropping for some time now, with the idea
that users can just use the Gallery app to view videos.

The video app we have now is only good for playing videos that are stored
locally on a device. It does not do streaming video and it does not have
any kind of connection to an iTunes or google play type service where users
can buy or rent videos.  And it does not have any provisions for EME or
other types of DRM.

If the thought is that connected devices aneed medwill a streaming
functionality, then that obviously should be a high priority, but the Video
app we have currently will be pretty much useless for that and should not
be listed as priority #3.
