Accessibility question

As of right now no phone platform that i know of has voice to text for 
phone calls for hearing impaired. I talked to a person from vanni and 
the fxos accessibility team at the work week and they said it would be 
100% doable to take the speech to text engine from vanni and use it for 
accessibility for speech to text in phone calls for the hearing 
impaired. Can we please take the engine use it to pass a phone call 
through a buffer to the speech to text engine and put the words on the 
screen for hearing impaired?
