yes, We have discussed this use case in the Vaani team as well.
Accessibility is one of our primary intents for Vaani and speech API.

Free speech (/natural language) needs to be decoded online as practicality
of having an entire dictionary decoded offline is difficult. Our current
offline solution works with a handful of configurable commands so we can
keep the library sizes and quality in check.

But we will continue discussing the right approach here.
