I am not going to say it's ok. Nightly-latest is always going to be a gamble for those people that want to take that risk.
If Nightly-latest isn't stable enough, it basically means that the automation isn't catching enough critical issues when the developers are pushing their fixes. ie. When these things happen, it means that the automation isn't good enough to say we don't need manual testing.
