https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1204617 affects flame as well if I recall. Updating the gonk should allow for Bluetooth working again.
I can't recall if there's any other fallouts, that was the biggest one in which I was pushing for getting a new gonk out. Please also check to see if the Telegram notification is working again or not after updating twice (once to the FOTA build and once to the latest nightly or nightly-latest build). The FOTA build should be set to a 20151221215202 build and the latest nightly build should put you to buildid 2016114030239 I finished updating the docs, I asked Chris to proofread.
