Though I am personally a big fan of law (rules) and order (structures) within a FOSS project I fear that the use of a SVN repository as the place to store and get language files from might hinder or at least introduce some insecurity to the less technically adepted people. And about the alternative of sending the translations to your email isn't the ideal solution. Let's assume a total new member of our fine community wants to do a translation which he wants to share with us afterwards. What are the steps or better said where and how do you lead this member?
