Warnings are shown in fresh installations of OXID eShop version 4.5.1 or updated shops to v4.5.1 due to a bug in PHP on some file systems. The file attached to the bug tracker is a workaround to fix this behaviour in Community Edition. You will get similar files with this workaround for Professional and Enterprise Edition from Partner SVN or by contacting our support team. The workaround will be implemented in v4.5.2.
