If you already did an Update to version 4.5.1 make sure you fix the page title tag manually via SEO tab in admin. Sorry for any inconvenience! The file attached to the bug tracker is a workaround to fix this behaviour in Community Edition. You will get similar files with this workaround for Professional and Enterprise Edition from Partner SVN or by contacting our support team. The workaround will be implemented in v4.5.2.
