Hello, I think the Problem in building good caching-extensions is that we have no low-level extension possibilities. If we were able to extend base classes we could overload oxbase::load, oxlist::selectString or even better oxDb::getDb, and could add in intelligent caching code. So i think Oxid could do something for us here. Another thing is the amount of Infos stored in the session, i think this should be reduced to user and basket. Best regards, Holger
