hello, did you add files entries to the metadata fter the first activation of the module or before? the data is cached in the database, so if you have activated the module without custom files, the shop will not recognize there are some new entries in metadata. In this case you need to reset the metadata entries for this module. You can do it by deleting some module vars in oxconfig or by using e.g. this module: https://github.com/vanilla-thunder/vt-devutils/
otherwise the wrong patches to the file might cause the problem, too. you need to set relative pathes startong from the modules/ dir. (you can see an example in the metadata file from the link above) cheers
