Hi,
Looks like yet another package manager, why this instead of composer? Is
there any specific reason
why you created this instead of using one of the existing managers? Did
you have problems with the
other solutions that you could not overcome?
best
Alex

Hi,
can it be used together with composer or does it have it’s own way to
handle dependencies?
And another question, is there a way to connect ionly with oxid exchange?
If it can not connect to oxid exchange, should every module
metainforamtion be pushed to the ionly github repository or is there
some kind of process to add new modules?
Best regards keywan

Hi Guys,
Good job.
But one question: Can you describe the difference to a nice composer
setup?
Regards,
Björn

Then maybe for clarity it should be labeled as one-click-download
instead of one-click-install, because in OXID world that are two
different things.

Hi,
we had conversation about this in dev-general-skype-channels. ioly
just fetches and unpacks moduledata to the right oxid folder. There is
no automatic sql installation and no module autoactivation, so
therefore you "only" have to trust the sources, as always when
installing a third party software.
Best regards,
Micha

Hi,
from business point of view one click install sounds as a nice
feature, but seriously? :) letting end user with limited knowledge
install modules into oxid? giving permissions to f*** up the system?
