If I disable "Use Envelope header", mail is placed in "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"

OK, I've done that but it doesn't make any difference.

I've done a lot of testing and no matter what I do, I cannot get rid of
"bi_plusn-bitzbox-" without resorting to using CrossSecretary.
