It is in no way finish and I'll be happy to look at what you have done so we can discuss where your and my approach contribute to each other and where they overlap.
In order to donate your code directly to data module, we would need signed copy of the contributor license agreement (CLA) [1] [1] http://documentation.magnolia.info/contribute/license.html Once you have sent us the CLA, I'll be more then happy to look at your code and discuss the details.
