MAGNOLIA-3234: refactoring: AbstractRenderer now checks for model's
execute(..) return value (the SKIP_RENDERING constant defined in
RenderingModel) to skip rendering. Reintroduced tests to check for null
template paths and modifed tests for checking that nothing has been rendered in
the outputstream.
