I also needed to add this to WebSphere 6.1.0.11 to get the 3.5 SNAPSHOT of
Magnolia to work.
Under 'Application Servers' -> then your app server -> 'Web Container Settings
-> 'Web Container' -> 'Custom Properties' and then add -
name: com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.invokefilterscompatibility
